  1. General Information

All orders are fulfilled from Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal and delivered anywhere in South Africa.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Your order will be sent using reliable courier partners through Bob Go or Pudo. Delivery times and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.


  1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1โ€“2 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times:

Main Areas (major cities and towns): 2 โ€“ 3 business days

Outlying or Regional Areas: 3 โ€“ 5 business days

If an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you by email or phone with an updated delivery estimate.


  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to your location and parcel weight.
There is no free-shipping threshold at this time.

You will see the exact courier rate before confirming payment.


  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or waybill number by email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier.


  1. Delivery Address Guidelines

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a redelivery fee may apply.


  1. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or is delayed beyond 5 business days, please notify us immediately at CompactComfortLtd@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


  1. Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a proven product defect or incorrect item sent by Compact Comfort.
